"My Little Gecko", the loveable lizard began his tour of the Hawaiian Islands last March where he resided a the Hawaii Pacific University Galleries as part of the annual O'Hana show where Breton was the featured artist. Along side of "My Little Gecko" were several other pieces made by Breton also with Hawaiian influences (shown below "Pink Bananas in the Luminous Garden")
Breton also had an exhibit at the same time at the Hawaii Theatre Center. After the O'hana exhibit the troops moved to a local cafe in Honolulu, Hawaii for another month or so as a continuation of the O'hana exhibit. Once the pieces left Hawaii they were exhibited in Northampton, MA and are now being made available for public viewing at the Senator's Offices. To ensure that the offices are open it is advised to call ahead. The offices are located at 7 North Street, Suite 307, Pittsfield, MA 01201 and the number to contact is 413-442-4008 for further information. The offices generally open from 9-5 Monday through Friday.
Exhibit runs until January 2015. Please contact the artist to arrange a showing after this time. firstname.lastname@example.org.
