Greeting from Cozy Nook & the East Coast. Where we were teased with thoughts of spring earlier in the month only to have a three inch snow storm mid week. Oh the joys of the living in the mountains! The delight of spring is still a promise that offers a glimmer of hope to us all. My skin is whiter than snow having hibernated in the cave all winter and alas when I do gaze out when it is sunny it is a bit blinding... This may take some getting used to!
I am offering you this beautiful painting I did during one of my hibernation weeks this winter. I think we had over a foot of snow in a 2 day period. It was lovely being boarded up in the studio with nothing to do but explore and create. Below are 8 x 8 treasures from the same luxurious week I spent being inspired by the beautiful Hawaiian plumeria flowers!
