So I have a tiny plot of land that I work a small organic garden on in the summer at S&Co. The first year i planted eggplants my boss couldn't get enough of them so I decided to plant 6 of his own plants so he could have his own fruits. Here is the first one that was born. Cute I'd say and probably bursting with flavor!
